  Highly experienced and qualified in legal matters with a focus on Criminal Defense and Family Law. Adam K. Wolak has been helping people in Michigan since he was first licensed to practice law in 1996. His experienced, successful and responsive representation of clients in Michigan State Courts, Federal District Court and Federal Bankruptcy Court in legal matters of family law, criminal defense, civil cases and business law have earned him a solid, positive reputation in the legal community. Adam studied law and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University (Dean's list), where he was a Case Note Editor of the Law Review. Through successful representation of thousands of clients for over 20 years, he has acquired an exceptional reputation among the legal community. His active participation in industry peer groups includes Wayne County Criminal Defense Bar Association, Wayne County Family Law Bar Association, U.S. Federal Bar Association, Federal Bar Association-Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, U.S. Criminal Bar-Criminal section, Michigan State Bar, and the Polish American Legal Society. Adam has extensive knowledge in legal procedures and has litigated thousands of cases.
