He strives to “support patients to achieve their healthcare goals and outcomes through a shared decisionmaking process.” Temitope Olagbayie adds, “It is an honor and pleasure to serve humanity.” He particularly loves working with the senior population and emphasizes the importance of improving the health services available to this population. In his free time, Temitope Olagbaiye enjoys watching documentaries, listening to the news, traveling, and staying active with his church, both locally and on mission trips. Temitope Olagbaiye also loves spending time with his family.

    Dr. Judy Pham was inspired by her parents to pursue a career in medicine. Her favorite part of being a physician is “connecting with patients through visits.” She always listens to patients and encourages them to share any questions or concerns they have. “All patients have my cell phone number,” she explains. She adds, “My goal is always to keep my patients as healthy as possible with as little prescribed medications as possible.” She appreciates the opportunity to provide quality care to her senior patients. “Seniors dedicated their lives to taking care of younger generations,” she says. When not with patients, Dr. Pham can be found spending time with her daughter. She also enjoys tennis, yoga, and interior decorating.

    Dr. Prasani N. Jayatilake, familiarly known as Dr. P. Jay, chose to pursue a career in medicine for several reason, but one of the most important reasons is her passion and ability to care for senior patients. She approaches each patient with a friendly face and likes to treat everyone as though they are a “family member or close friend.” Dr. P. Jay strives to ensure that everyone feels valued in her practice. “I like to practice what I preach,” she says. In her down time, Dr. P. Jay loves spending quality time with her husband, kids, and dog. She also enjoys baking, cooking, and gardening. One of her newest hobbies is crocheting.
