Dedicated Senior Medical Center is a family-owned primary and specialty care practice committed to delivering superior healthcare to Medicare-eligible seniors. Our patients' word-of-mouth referrals have helped us grow and provide our seniors with greater access to the quality healthcare they deserve.

Dr. Judy Pham was inspired by her parents to pursue a career in medicine. Her favorite part of being a physician is “connecting with patients through visits.” She always listens to patients and encourages them to share any questions or concerns they have. “All patients have my cell phone number,” she explains. She adds, “My goal is always to keep my patients as healthy as possible with as little prescribed medications as possible.” She appreciates the opportunity to provide quality care to her senior patients. “Seniors dedicated their lives to taking care of younger generations,” she says. When not with patients, Dr. Pham can be found spending time with her daughter. She also enjoys tennis, yoga, and interior decorating.

Dr. Wafah J. Kadhim’s desire to help people live “fuller, healthier lives” led her to the medical field. “Working with seniors reminds me every day why this work matters,” she says. She likes involving the patient in “every decision about their care” to help build trust. “My goal is for every patient to feel like they have an advocate in their corner,” she explains. Prevention and communication are key in her practice. “Every person deserves not just more time, but more quality time, days filled with purpose, comfort, and independence,” she says. In her free time, Dr. Kadhim can be found spending quality time with her family or engaging with her love for the arts. She especially enjoys drawing, oil painting, and photography.
